Return Policy for CFMOTO Parts

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • CFMOTO parts may only be returned if they are faulty or incorrectly described.
  • Returns are not accepted if you simply no longer want the part.

Conditions for Returns

  • The part must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
  • The part must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • Returns can be delivered directly to our office.

Faulty or Incorrectly Described Items

  • If the part is faulty or does not match the description provided on the website, please contact us within 14 days to arrange a return or exchange.
  • We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty or incorrectly described parts.
  • You will be required to cover the cost of return shipping if it is determined that the part is not faulty or not as described.

Non-returnable Items

  • Parts that have been opened, used, or installed are not eligible for return unless they are defective or described incorrectly.

Return Policy for CFMOTO & Solis Tractors / Equipment

Eligibility for Returns

  • New CFMOTO equipment and New Solis Tractors, cannot be returned. Returns will only be accepted. Under the circumstances of new machine failures the Iron & Earth team will repair the machine as per the manufacturers warranty.

Warranty Repairs

  • If your CFMOTO or Solis equipment is faulty or has issues covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, we will facilitate a repair or replacement as per the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines.

  • Solis parts may only be returned if they are faulty or incorrectly described.
  • Returns are not accepted for parts that you simply no longer want.

  • Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective part, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will provide a return shipping label at no additional cost and offer a full refund or exchange.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges for parts unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described. In such cases, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after the return is approved. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you may be responsible for the return shipping costs if the return is not due to a faulty or incorrectly described item.
