Let’s start with the budget Solis S20 Compact tractor. Even though it has a price tag for less than 8k, the Solis S20 is still a reliable performer.

Transmission

The Solis S20 contains an 8F/2R Manual Transmission. The gear levers are positioned directly into the transmission below the floor plan of the compact tractor. These are situated between the operators legs. This setup uses the left hand lever to control the range of the tractor, between High & Low range and the right hand level contains the gear shifter with 1-2-3-R, therefore containing 6 gears in forward and one 2 gears in Reverse. The Solis S26 Manual – Now upgraded as a Side Shift Compact Tractor

Lets start with the entry level in the 26 Hp Range of Solis Tractors, the Solis S26 Manual Compact tractor. Recently upgraded to a S26+ With Side shift transmission the S26 Manual is taking over as one of the cheapest 26hp Tractors on the market with excellent reliability and specs.

Transmission

The Solis S26 Manual Compact Tractor is powered by a Mitsubishi 3 Cylinder 26 HP Diesel Engine and driven by a 8f/3r Manual Side-shift Transmission. The gear levers have recenly been upgraded from directly into the transmission below the floor plan of the Compact Tractor to a convenient location to the left and right hand side of the seat.
