Founded the company in 2016. Machinery in the blood, Baz sold his first machine while at college in 1998 and has never looked back!

Likes: Rugby, cricket, shooting and time with family.

Heads up the day to day running of Iron & Earth. Paul, an accomplished Engineer, keeps a close eye on all things after-sale but also is selling machines on a daily basis.

Likes: Cricket, football, running and his 3 girls.

As a Director and Head of Agriturf & Marketing, Scott leads our Agriturf divisions while overseeing the company’s marketing strategies. Drawing on his background as a John Deere engineer and his experience running his own software company, Scott’s expertise is integral to all areas of the business.

When not at work, Scott enjoys spending quality time with his family, and self-learning new skills.

Looking after all aspects of accounts within Iron & Earth, Kirsty also keeps Barry & Paul on top of their paperwork! In her spare time Kirsty enjoys spending time with her grandson Hudson and staffie Grey

A qualified Doctor, Neesh has hung up her stethoscope to work in our business helping with HR compliance and marketing.

With a wealth of experience in machinery and logistics, Andy ensure all our used and new equipment is compliant before heading out to the customer. In his spare time, Andy can often be found jet setting around the world and relaxing on a beach.

Steve is our financial king. Sourcing great finance deals to suit the customer to enable them to purchase their Used Plant Machinery, Solis Compact Tractors and EP Forklifts.

Local farmers daughter Kirsty has a background in childcare, but had a career change to join the team with the understanding and knowledge of the farming and plant industry. Kirsty enjoys spending her weekends with her partner and 2 young boys, dog walking in the local countryside and spending time with friends.

Role: Charlie joined us in summer 2022 to head up the sales of our range of EP Equipment Li-ion Forklifts.

Likes: Staying up to date with the latest technology and gadgets, being on village committees and spending time with his Grandchildren.

Anna’s role will involve supporting various aspects of our business operations, contributing to the smooth running of administrative tasks, and helping drive efficiency across departments. During her free time, Anna is a regular supporter at Gloucester Rugby Club. And can be found in the kitchen baking some tasty treats.

JT takes great pride in his work. Organising the yard, booking in machines and prepping machines for delivery and export.

Jon is also a dedicated father of 2, enjoys rugby, football and a few pints with the boys on weekend.

Nick covers all areas of the business, in the workshop and on the road. With a wealth of knowledge and experience in machinery and boat engineering. In his spare time, Nick enjoys family time with his wife and son. Collecting and restoring anything old and vintage is also a passion of his.

Archie is a key member of our workshop engineering team, bringing a huge amount of experience to the role. In his years with the company, he has become a go-to for his technical knowledge and support. A Land Rover enthusiast in his spare time, Archie is often described as a wise old mind in a young body.

Nic our young trainee service engineer joined the team in 2024 after a period of work experience through 2023. He has totally bought into the Iron & Earth way – delivering exceptional customer service.
Nick has a love for cars, bikes, tractors and diggers. He has a very bright future.

Elliott brings with him a strong interest and experience in farming and agricultural machinery, making him a great fit for our business.

Outside of work, you’ll often find him on the rugby pitch a few times a week or keeping active in the gym.

Living in the Cotswolds, but of Welsh blood. Steve our workshop operative carries out a range of duties within the business preparing and maintaining plant and tractors. In his free time, he enjoys motorsports, darts and fishing.

Collecting and delivering the wide range of equipment dealt in at Iron & Earth. Service with a smile, without fail (some of the time).
